Frequently Asked Questions

Can I mix Word, Excel and PowerPoint in one merged PDF?
Yes. The Merge mode accepts any combination of DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT and PPTX files. Each file is converted to PDF individually, then all PDFs are merged in the order you set by dragging.
How is this different from "Save As PDF" in Microsoft Office?
Office only converts one file at a time and has no merge, watermark or password features. This tool lets you batch convert multiple files at once, merge different file types into one PDF, add diagonal watermark text, and password-protect the output.
What does password protection do?
You can set two passwords: an "Open password" that recipients must enter to view the PDF, and a "Permissions password" that controls whether the PDF can be printed or edited. You can use either or both.
Are my files stored after conversion?
No. All files are processed on our server and automatically deleted within 10 minutes. We never read, share or store the content of your documents.
